ABSTRACT
Asthma is a common respiratory disease with huge economic burden leading to activity limitations, morbidity, and mortality. In this study, we aim investigate the prevalence of Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD) Conduct (CD) among children asthma. This case-control study was performed in pediatric referral health care center (Children's Medical Center Tehran University Sciences) 2017.With random selection, 80 asthma 92 controls age range 5 11 years were enrolled study. addition demographic information family history allergy, symptoms, control quality evaluated validated Childhood Control Test (C-ACT). The mode measurement for ADHD, ODD CD based on Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders-IV (DSM-IV) psychiatric scales from clinical interviews conducted by child psychiatrists. Totally, 42.5% 25% case groups had ADHD respectively significant difference (p=0.01). Also, 5.4% (p=0.001). But conduct disorder 10% 10.9% without (p=0.8). Children associated exhibiting but not CD. Therefore, appropriate evaluation treatment are needed asthmatic attention-deficit symptoms. Besides, further research determine etiological approach towards
