ABSTRACT
Patients with oncological diseases often have mental disorders in the form of comorbidity. The aim this study was to research association cancer presence symptoms depression and anxiety primary health care patients.This prospective observational done 2020 included adult users at Health Center Trstenik, Central Serbia, aged 19 over, both sexes, a diagnosis disease. A instrument assess depressive is used PHQ-9 (The Patient Questionnaire) questionnaire, derived from PRIME MD- Primary Care Evaluation Mental Disorders), Beck Anxiety Scale (BAI) register certain symptoms.The largest percentage patients had mild (27.2%) or moderate (22%), while 18% reported major depression. level higher older subjects, chronic greater limitations activity difficulties performing daily activities, more pronounced effect pain on activity, stress. All subjects were characterized as persons severe (score 26-63). respondents, long-term illness, activities influence media.Caring for must occupy significant part each country's national policy.
