ABSTRACT
Background: We aimed to explore the risk factors of lung nodules and cancer in physical ex-amination population with low-dose multi-slice spiral CT (LDCT) screening, provide basis for screening follow-up management after examination. Methods: The general data, serum tumor markers images 2,274 patients underwent LDCT Physical Examination Center Fourth Hospital Hebei Medical University, China 2019 were retrospectively analyzed followed up three years. Results: detection rate was 48.42%. higher females, those over 70, history smoking, passive drinking, precious diseases family malignant tumors, statistically significant differences (P<0.05). abnormal (CA199, CA125 female CYFRA211) than that non-nodule group, Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed gender, age, tumors (CYFRA211 CA199) independent occurrence nodules. Conclusion: Gender female, age>35, past disease, CYFRA211 detected low dose image ground-glass are cancer, which should be paid close attention during examination follow-up.
