ABSTRACT
Background: This study compared the opinion of dental clinicians and patients regarding appearance need for cosmetic procedures. information can serve as a basis efficient treatment planning. Methods: cross-sectional was conducted on 200 patients, 5 general dentists, restorative dentists. A standardized questionnaire with 17 questions used to collect about their anterior teeth Tooth shade, overjet, overbite were also recorded, three photographs obtained from assessed by clinicians. Data analyzed Spearman, independent t, Mann-Whitney, Bonferroni tests ANOVA (alpha=0.05). Results: Of 100 male female participating in this study, 73% satisfied teeth, which higher than satisfaction rate reported dentists (65%) (48%).
