ABSTRACT
Spatial interpolation is a method that can be used to estimate the unknown value (or parameter) at certain time or location. Besides of that, shape preserving especially positivity play an important role for data visualization where resulting interpolating surface must positive everywhere. In this study, we use triangulation based consists cubic Bézier triangular patches rainfall amount spatial localization. This scheme useful compared mesh free methods which are required optimization technique in order ensure basis functions. The triangulated by using Delaunay’s algorithm and from there surfaces constructed piecewisely comprising three local schemes blended together via convex combination form scattered surface. Sufficient conditions on ordinates derived preserve Validation propose conducted well-known test function previous researches. Then, best selected visualize distribution secondary collected various meteorology stations Malaysia obtain Malaysian Meteorology Department. Finally, locations lies inside hull formed all given stations. The finding shows able has significant application estimating unallocated Malaysia.
