Some the colorectum, pancreas have shown to overexpress CCK2R in relation normal matched tissues same organ. This overexpression led development number CCK2R-ligand targeted imaging therapeutic agents. However, no comprehensive study comparing multiple performed. Herein, we report immunohistochemical analysis cancer samples from gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), non-small cell lung (NSCLC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma, against tissue esophagus, pancreas, spleen thyroid.
