ABSTRACT
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play crucial roles in tumorigenesis. However, the mechanisms of most lncRNAs cancers are largely unknown. Because RNA component mitochondrial processing endoribonuclease (RMRP) is one dysregulated gastric cancer, this study explored its molecular carcinogenesis. RMRP levels 792 tissues, plasma and juices from patients with various stages tumorigenesis were analyzed by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Overexpression interference used to manipulate expression vector small interfering RNAs, respectively. Its evaluated flow cytometry, real-time cell analysis, plate colony formation assays, xenograft models. tissue, cancer significantly different those controls. associated Borrmann type metastasis. Plasma juice had higher sensitivity specificity than commonly markers (such as carcinoembryonic antigen carbohydrate 19-9). Knockdown inhibited proliferation vitro vivo, whereas overexpression promoted growth. Acting a miR-206 sponge, modulated cycle regulating Cyclin D2 expression. plays role occurrence can be novel biomarker for cancer.
