Happiness levels of the nurses working at a University Hospital

ABSTRACT
This study was planned to determine the happiness level of nurses. The population this descriptive done with 121 nurses who accepted participate in out 323 worked at a research and training hospital. average score is 108.63 ± 19.48. However, mean scores scale had an working time 120–180 hours per month were satisfied nursing institution higher (p < 0.005) these findings statistically significant. In conclusion, nurses’ found be than (moderate level). But, it identified that did not exceed weekly happier being institutional negatively affects happiness.Keywords: Hospital, nurse, happiness.
