Performance Evaluation of Human Resource Outsourcing in Food Processing Enterprises

ABSTRACT
Human resource outsourcing is not a simple combination of the meaning human and outsourcing; it has its specific meaning. It refers to use external resources, more economic, effective solution organization's internal resources activities involved in study. In this study, we make comprehensive evaluation index system HRO model collect data from food processing enterprises. From result, shows that there are 12 important factors will affect enterprise decision, such as competence, business risk, allocation, communication, fixed cost, operating tool, knowledge, service standards, charge quality. enterprises, decision should be combined with strategic management.
