ABSTRACT
This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and performance among employees. Job is being discussed in term of its nine facets: pay, promotion, supervision, fringe benefits, contingent rewards, operating procedures, co-workers, nature works communication. On other hand, viewed aspects contextual task performance. The result found that two variables (job performance) are correlated to each significant.
