ABSTRACT
While analysing the heritage, input, and various implementation contexts of UNSCR 1325 on women, peace, security, authors investigate not only approaches to women’s position female empowerment in international engagement settings cooperation models (UN, OSCE NATO, UNCDF), but also look at a global scope from perspectives as victims, leaders, perpetrators. By considering need for complex actors stability, development, crisis initiatives, analyse NATO policy against sexual abuse exploitation, financial inclusion, MenEngage initiative. societal impact radicalisation, they seek answers effective reintegration anti-radicalisation terrorists foreign fighters. Authors examine evolving gender equity policies EU their domestic affairs, with particular interest internal external security standards safety.
