ABSTRACT
Ginsenosides are the main active ingredient and allelochemicals of Panax ginseng, they play an important role in ginseng growth ecological adaptation. To study influence ginsenosides on soil microbial communities, method given exogenous total different concentrations were used to new forest community, evaluate change metabolic activity community investigate effect community. Results showed that, promoted at compared with control after 10 d 40 treatment. After d,except for Evenness index, all other indices indicated that functional diversity firstly increased then decreased increase concentration. The Substrate richness 0.01 g•L⁻¹ treatment was significantly from control. 20 d, 30 except ginsenosides. These results suggested ginsenosids can activity, which alter ecology accordingly affect accumulation soil.
