[Evidence mapping of Chinese patent medicines in treatment of premature ventricular contractions].

This study employed evidence mapping to systematically sort out the clinical studies about treatment of premature ventricular contractions with Chinese patent medicines and reveal distribution in this field. The articles were searched against PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP time interval from January 2016 December 2022. Evidence was analyzed presented by charts graphs combined text. According inclusion exclusion criteria, 164 papers included, including 147 interventional studies, 4 observational 13 systematic reviews. A total 27 involved, which Shensong Yangxin Capsules Wenxin Granules had high frequency. There off-label uses practice. In recent years, number published field showed a decreasing trend. Eight types outcome indicators used studies. Ambulatory electrocardiography, response rate, safety, echocardiography frequency, while rate β-blocker decompensation, major cardiovascular events, pharmaceutical economic rarely reported. evaluation one-sided. low quality included reduced reliability findings. future, use should be standardized, improved.
