ABSTRACT
Introduction: Gastric cancer is a common malignancy of the digestive system, primarily metastasizing through lymph nodes.Adequate node dissection crucial for accurate staging and improving prognosis. However, complex distribution nodes around stomach poses significant challenges thorough dissection.Aim: This study aims to evaluate efficacy safety laparoscopic radical gastrectomy guided by subserosal injection indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence in gastric cancer.Materials Methods: retrospective analyzed 20 patients who underwent distal at Wenzhou People's Hospital from January 2020 December 2022.10 conventional surgery, 10 surgery ICG fluorescence. The two groups were propensity-matched based on gender, age, preoperative staging.Data collected included basic patient information, data, perioperative outcomes (e.g., operative time, blood loss, postoperative complications). Results:The results indicated that total number dissected was significantly higher group compared group, particularly No. 6, 7, 8, 9, 11p.The differences statistically (P < 0.005).There no between terms incidence complications > 0.05). Conclusion:This preliminary demonstrates using imaging minimally invasive can increase without increasing surgical risk.
