ABSTRACT
Heart failure is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, with ischemic heart disease being one most important etiologic factors.Heart develops due to ventricular remodeling, which leads increases in left end-systolic end-diastolic volumes. In this prospective observational study, we included 101 patients first episode ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction whom percutaneous coronary intervention was conducted within 12 h Thrombolysis Myocardial Infarction III flow achieved. The aim determine clinical biochemical parameters can help predict pathologic remodeling 1 year after infarction. We created a nomogram based on routinely used blood tests vital showed highest correlation remodeling. The NTproBNP value reperfusion, aspartate transaminase systolic pressure admission, culprit artery. We performed ROC analysis yielded great predictive nomogram. The area under curve 0.907 (95% CI 0.842-0.973).The -3.54 had 91.4% sensitivity 74.0%specificity.We believe that nomogram, once validated, could offer widely available, low-cost option would identify at risk developing achieve very early stage (12 reperfusion has been achieved).
