ABSTRACT
Ekstrak buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) dan ekstrak bawang putih (Allium sativum) diketahui mampu menurunkan kadar kolesterol total darah dalam studi in vivo. Penambatan molekul dapat dilakukan memprediksi senyawa yang bertanggung jawab berdasarkan nilai docking. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui zat aktif potensial H. polyrhizus A. sativum berperan penting penurunan melalui jalur inhibisi enzim HMG-CoA reduktase uji silico.
