As a raw material for traditional medicine in Java and West Nusa Tenggara, almost all part of Strychnos lucida plants is believed that it potential medicine. For instance, the seeds wood this plant are used as malarial, diarrhoea muscle pain drugs. Considering S. medicine, propagation activity important to prevent extinction species future. Exploration study was started with determining seed trees source genetic materials , fruit collection, seedlings nursery . Collection purposed be an early step improvement survey method purposive sampling decide location trees. The result number collected from 53 at 137.68 seeds. From germination process, decided 30 which high percentage sprouts. Ten months after weaning, average 98.22%, height diameter 14.22 cm 2.03 mm respectively.
