ABSTRACT
Autonomic dysfunction is an increasingly recognised complication in chronic neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease , and other medical conditions, including diabetes mellitus, fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia recently Long Covid. Despite laboratory-based tests to evaluate normal abnormal autonomic function, there are no home-based record neuro-cardiovascular responses common stimuli daily life that dependent on the functioning of nervous system. We have developed adapted blood pressure/heart Profile (aAP) can be used by individual independently repeatedly a domiciliary setting determine physiological symptomatic response standing, food, physical mental (cognitive, emotional) activities. The aAP aids separating failure (often irreversible) from dysfunction. This helps attending healthcare professional understand relationship between symptoms triggers life, informs self-management debilitating postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS)
