ABSTRACT
Latterly, the development of green synthesized polymeric nanoparticles with anticancer studies has been an emerging field in academia, and pharmaceutical chemical industry. Vegetable oils are potential substitutes for petroleum derivatives, as they present themselves a clean environmentally friendly alternative available high quantities at relatively low prices. Biomass-derived chemicals can be converted into monomers unique structures, generating materials new properties synthesis sustainable polymers. In this way, production bio-based appears great application chemistry biomedical uses. There is increasing demand biocompatible biodegradable specific applications cancer therapy, encouraging scientists working on research towards designing polymers, enhanced processes, containing oncology active ingredients (APIs). The nanoencapsulation these APIs control release substances, increase bioavailability, reduce problems volatility degradation, side effects, treatment efficiency. Thus, review aims to discuss use nanoparticle its medicine. vegetable renewable polymers will discussed, bringing castor oil ideal candidate such application, well more suitable methods some application.
