Orchids are often a mystery because of their close and complex relationships with various microorganisms in the natural environment. rely on to obtain nutrients, affecting seed germination, protocorm, adult plant growth. Currently, majority relevant research is concentrated isolating identifying environmental that support orchid development With metagenomic technology, our understanding mycorrhizal fungi (OMF) root-associated bacteria (RAB) has been expanded. New results discoveries have emerged, which require comprehensive assessment provide reference for studying related orchids. Therefore, we present summary, significant inadequacies methodologies while providing ideas further research.
