ABSTRACT
Improvement in medical care has turned severe diseases into chronic conditions, but often their treatment and use of devices are related to specific complications. Here we present a clinical case long-term dialysis patient, who is infected with rare opportunistic infectious agent – Gordonia sputi. In recent years the incidence spp. infections immunocompromised patients central venous catheters (CVC) appear rise. Their isolation identification challenging require modern techniques. addition, usually persistent results CVC extraction, which associated further risk costs for patient. We also studied alternations immune status patient caused by renal replacement therapy HCV infection. Antibiotic immunostimulation Inosine pranobex lead successful eradication infection without need replacement.
