ABSTRACT
: Image guided superficial radiation therapy (IGSRT) combines (SRT) with full dermal visualization (FDV) via high resolution ultrasound (HRDUS) for the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). The gold standard IGSRT delivery includes a comprehensive care model support dermatologists by multidisciplinary team. When delivered in this model, can achieve cure rates 99% NMSC. This paper focuses on benefits during therapy. Medical records from 7 dermatology clinics 883 patients 1,507 cases NMSC treated be-tween 2017 and 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. 92% lesions showed daily depth fluctuations, 60.32% did not require changes therapy, nearly 40% required at least one compensatory change 83% labeled high-risk based 2024 NCCN guidelines. Increasing decreasing tumor measurements inform when adaptive energy (kV), TDF dose will result more efficacy less toxicity, respectively.
