ABSTRACT
The application of OpenAI's advanced artificial intelligence language model, ChatGPT, in education has garnered widespread attention from the academic community. openness and features ChatGPT demonstrate great potential value supporting students' learning, daily life, communication. This study, grounded theoretical frameworks Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), conducted a systematic empirical analysis through questionnaire survey 677 university students who had used or were currently using ChatGPT. results indicate that six perceived attributes innovation significantly influence behavioral intention to use while attitudes towards usefulness, ease indirectly continue Based on findings this we propose an extended (TAM) incorporates key elements optimize technologies, such as education, thereby improving learning efficiency performance. These not only provide important insights into complex relationships between college students’ perceptions ChatdGPT technology predictors intentions, but can also help relevant departments, higher institutions, teachers effectively plan evaluate tool.
