For decade it has delivered 50 indicators support policy processes, national regional governments, practitioners. DOPA also developed versatile efficient back-end approach that is widely applicable other conservation contexts. Here, we describe methods workflows behind DOPA´s back end provide examples relevant questions can answer. We discuss advantages limitations this systematic replicable explore use architecture inform progress targets following decades. This approach, embedded multiple provided by Knowledge Centre Biodiversity European Commission (KCBD), implementation monitoring Kunming Montreal Global Framework at international, regional, levels.
