ABSTRACT
Objective Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases, affecting more than 20 % population. The side effects experienced due to antihypertensive medications such as tired-ness, muscle pain, and insomnia are often a significant predictor poor adherence therapy. goal current study present frequency, type, seriousness, severity adverse drug reactions reported BDA via Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) following differentiation messages found in patient. Methods We conducted retrospective analysis (ADR) Bulgarian Drug Agency database after treatment with antihyperlipidemic medicines, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) - inhibitors, sartans for period 2017-2021. Each ICSR form was observed data suspected medicine type reaction analyzed. Results total number processed notifications included 142. highest ADRs ARB (58), followed by medicines (55) ACE inhibitors (29.) Most assessed events patient fall into probable related categories based on Global Introspection method classification. Therefore, they have been investigated consistent exposure Conclusion Cardiovascular from groups statins high share system. Some them severe need further investigation.
