ABSTRACT
The Supportive and Palliative Indicators Tool (SPICT) was developed for timely identifying patients who may benefit from supportive palliative care a better treatment review, plan discussion, end-of-life care. Although the SPICT has been validated in different languages living settings, it not receiving home-based medical (HBMC), or context of using traditional Chinese characters. present study aimed to validate Taiwan version (SPICT-TW) measure its ability predict six-month mortality received HBMC Taiwan. Seven agents (five clinics two hospitals) participated this validation study. We recruited 129 aged ≥50 years had consistently > months. results revealed that SPICT-TW demonstrated similar reliability validity compared other language versions SPICT.
