ABSTRACT
The management of skin cancer presents challenges in reconstructive surgery to achieve the best patient outcome and rapid wound healing. most used antiseptic pre post operative care is Povidone Iodine solution. However, valid alternatives should be considered. primary endpoint our study was healing patients receiving fluorescein solution versus two comparator arms (Eosin Povidone-Iodine).182 were enrolled divided into three randomized groups according type received: Fluorescein (n = 63), Eosin (n= 60), Povidone-Iodine 59). To assess ASEPSIS score objectively evaluate graft Results for each group analyzed. comparison demonstrated that there no statistically significant difference among regarding study, thus between povidone-iodine (p 0.89), eosin 0.54), 0.81). Patients responded positively use solution, although more than others. This suggests this can successfully management.
