ABSTRACT
The film superposition prediction model is a crucial tool in the preliminary design of hot-end components, enabling rapid adiabatic wall temperatures and reducing computational costs. This paper establishes relationship between mainstream temperature correction coefficient air bleed ratio based on energy conservation principles at boundary layer during injection, developing grounded corrections. proposed uses cooling effectiveness characteristics an equivalent blowing to accurately predict multi-row hole layouts with different spacings. Experiments were conducted four arrangements under various ratios. shortcomings traditional Sellers method predicting distribution are discussed by comparing it experimental results. Comparison results show that accumulates errors as number rows increases, leading overestimation compared Introducing factor could effectively solve above problems. accuracy tends be higher lower ratios larger rows.Compared existing models literature, has most conditions.
