ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to demonstrate that there are significant differences between mountainous and lowland products, particularly concerning polyphenols phenolic compounds. research aims establish the importance certain agronomic practices in ensuring agricultural management applicable development mountain value chains. reasons for addressing compounds vegetables agriculture multiple, one most relevant being complexity health benefits polyphenols. This a class pigments widely distributed nature, contributing vibrant tastes various fruits vegetables. results provide insight into content different vegetables, as well compounds, highlighting their nutritional significance. synthesis these findings serves foundation understanding far-reaching implications on economic viability, environmental sustainability strategic positioning individual producers from areas.
