ABSTRACT
Biosensor technologies in medicine, as many other areas, are replacing labor-intensive methods of monitoring human health. In this paper, the results experimental studies label-free sensors based on hollow-core microstructured optical waveguide (HC-MOW) for blood serum analysis obtained. The HC-MOWs with a hollow core 247,5 µm diameter were manufactured and used our work. These parameters make it possible to fill high-viscosity solutions due capillary properties fiber waveguide. Calculations spectral HC-MOW carried out experimentally confirmed. 21 samples from volunteers examined using standard photometry (commercial kits) an biosensor. obtained transmission spectra processed by principal component method conclusions drawn about possibility biosensor point-of-care medicine. A significant difference was shown between patients normal abnormal levels. Algorithms processing Origin program presented..
