ABSTRACT
This systematic review and network meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the bond strength of artificial caries-affected dentin (ACAD) permanent human teeth with without biomimetic remineralization (BR), assessed in vitro studies. Following PRISMA guidelines, we conducted a search until June 2023, identifying 82 eligible articles for full-text analysis. We study characteristics, methodological quality, summary results. Bond was examined immediately after aging using three tests. performed meta-regressions (using OpenBUGS software) explore relationship between independent variable’s adhesive application technique (Etch-and-Rinse or Self-Etch) ACAD protocol (chemical biological) dependent variable strength. Additionally, random-effect NMAs CINEMA compare effect multiple interventions per simultaneously. Among included studies that compared various BR strategies. Most (19 out 22) presented medium risk bias. In some comparisons, meta-regression results revealed significant association at 24h both protocol. Our findings indicate potential enhance settings .
