Methods: Organ dose was estimated based on individual monitoring results, or according GB/T 16149-2012 “Specification estimation for chronic radiation sickness from external exposure” when no provided; PC (probability causation) calculated GBZ97-2009 “Judgment criteria cause neoplasms”. Results: The cumulative 20.4 cGy, organ 38.1 value about 37.8%, its upper limit 95% confidence level 82.6%. Conclusions: case judged neoplasm is more than 50%. More attention should paid examination palpation and B ultrasound workers, especially those high-risk individuals engaged work their early years.
