ABSTRACT
Gnathodiaphyseal dysplasia is a generalized skeletal syndrome characterized by frequent bone fractures in childhood, sclerosis and bowing of tubular bones, cemento-osseous lesions the jawbones. We present case 53-year-old man with gnathodiaphyseal who presented pathological fracture tibial shaft. Internal fixation Ender nail was successfully performed 2 years follow-up.This first report describing treatment an adult patient dysplasia. effective for deformity. Callus formation observed without delay.
