ABSTRACT
<title>Abstract</title> Purpose: Some studies discuss the seasonality of T1DM, none them evaluate this relationship based on severity immune response. We aimed to elucidate role autoimmunity and environmental factors in etiology DM. Methods: The study population includes 2954 patients diagnosed with T1DM between 1981-2022. We evaluated seasonal incidence other common autoimmune diseases according age diagnosis. Results: The majority only DM were born spring-summer season. However, was found after 3 years age. While diagnose season did not differ at an early age, older ages mostly autumn-winter As number co-existing increased diagnosis decreased, weakened, inversely related response. Conclusion: This showed that while onset disease presence multiple are associated strong immunity, seem be less effective than genetic T1DM. over lacked before or lack diabetes shows extreme heterogeneity pathogenesis. If future it will possible act preventive interventions, has taken into account.
