ABSTRACT
We provide a comprehensive SAS program for the computation of univariate and multivariate stability statistics balanced data. The is intended genotype × location year (G L Y) or L) data, averaged over replications (R). It computes symmetrical joint linear regression with right left solutions Tukey's 1 df nonadditivity, coefficients ( b ‐ β‐values), deviations from (δ ij ) provides graphs lines both genotypes locations. Separate on positive negative sectors environmental indices also conducted. calculates Tai's α λ graphical presentation scatter in α, space. Other outputs include Wricke's ecovalence W i 2 ), Shukla's variance (σ Hanson's genotypic D Plaisted Peterson's θ , Plaisted's Francis Kannenberg's S coefficient (CV); rank‐based nonparametric (2) (3) (6) Kang's rank sum, stratified analysis genotypes. Type 4 stability, superiority measure P desirability index performance, pairwise environment E) interaction checks. partitions G E into that due to heterogeneity variances imperfect correlation between performance performs singular value decomposition matrix, plotting first two interactions’ principal components.
