ABSTRACT
Soybean cyst nematode (SCN) ( Heterodera glycines Ichinohe) is the most important pest of soybean [ Glycine max (L.) Merr.] in world. A total 17 quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping papers and 62 marker–QTL associations have been reported for resistance to soybean. Conflicting results often occurred. The objectives this study were to: (i) evaluate evidence SCN (ii) extract relatively reliable useful information from meta‐analysis was conducted QTL locations by comparing 95% confidence intervals QTLs. QTLs different races or studies classified into one cluster if their had a region common. same may shared locus. clusters regions no common ≥ 20 cM away each other. Different represent loci. Reported resistant three categories: suggestive, significant, confirmed. Confirmed are credible can be candidates fine gene cloning. on linkage groups (LGs) G, A2, B1, E, J as Two identified LG G. One them rhg1 near end but exist around middle B1. LGs J, respectively. B2, C1, C2, D1a, D2, L, M, N suggestive significant. Confirmation needed lend credibility these relationship between discussed.
