ABSTRACT
The angular vibration sensors must be calibrated regularly to ensure the precise measurement of dynamic angle motion in various engineering applications such as attitude estimation, inertial navigation, and machine automation. Currently, high-accuracy calibration has been developed medium high-frequency range. However, it is difficult accomplish over a wide low-frequency band because current exciter cannot generate high-dynamic low-distortion excitation acceleration for sensors. Aiming at this problem, complementary filter-based data fusion control method proposed successfully applied an achieving high-precision results demonstrate that ability accelerations range 0.01-150 Hz. maximum total harmonic distortion these excitations measured by commonly used laser interferometry circular grating 0.80% 0.42%, respectively. In addition, relative standard deviation accelerometer 0.97%. experiment show can well meet requirements.
