ABSTRACT
State estimation is crucial for many engineering applications, whereas strong and unknown measurement noise bring huge challenges to it. There an overwhelming need investigate the state problem systems subject Gaussian non-Gaussian in one unified framework. Motivated by inspired immunity of chaos system, a kind scheme based on adjusted fractional-order system designed. A theorem how set parameters order are proposed proofed. To perform estimation, external signal two added its dynamics under new structure, parameters, given Owing characteristics nonlinear designed can estimate within limited error noise. The simulation experiments demonstrate feasibility effectiveness algorithm.
