ABSTRACT
With the advantages of simple structure, easy to fabricate, low cost and abundant raw materials, nanocrystalline copper sulfide (CuS) is considered a good candidate electrode material for supercapacitors (SCs). However, specific capacity stability CuS need be improved meet practical applications. In this work, composites containing activated nitrogen self-doped porous carbon (ANPC) were prepared investigated as electrodes SCs. Activated NPC was via electrospinning subsequently two-step carbonization followed by activation. The ANPC combined with petaloid in solvothermal process. optimal case, ANPC@CuS achieved capacitance 1112.92 F g-1 at 1 A which 3.5 times higher than that electrode. Meanwhile, long cycling life 97.97% retention after 10000 cycles 10 gained. Asymmetric hybrid supercapacitor (HSC) assembled using positive HSC exhibited maximum energy density 31.94 Wh kg-1 405.16 W kg-1, showed great 91.62% 5000 g-1.
