ABSTRACT
Purpose: NKAP plays an important role in transcriptional repression, T-cell development, maturation and function acquisition, maintenance survival of hematopoietic stem cells, RNA splicing. In this study, we tried to explore the physiological breast cancer. Methods: We investigated expression cancer patients normal controls its correlation with by searching on GEPIA. knocked down MCF-7 cells RNAi technique studied effect cell proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis. And revealed under hypoxic conditions vitro. Results: was differentially expressed tissues is a potential prognostic indicator Subsequently, knockdown significantly inhibited proliferation clonality induced apoptosis through caspase 3-dependent pathway. addition, could strongly inhibit migration invasion cells. affected AKT/mTOR signaling pathway markedly reduced phosphorylation AKT mTOR, as well downstream protein. What's interesting CoCl 2 found induce Downregulation hindered impact including adjusting signaling. Conclusion: functioned oncogene, hypoxia via Keywords: NKAP, cancer, hypoxia,
