ABSTRACT
Background: As two important tumor markers, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) have a great value for clinical application in the early diagnosis of cancer. Due to complex composition biological samples, results from combined detection CEA VEGF are often taken as comprehensive indicator order make an accurate judgment on disease. However, most current methods can only be used detect content one biomarker. Therefore, it is necessary explore simple, rapid, low-cost, highly sensitive method simultaneous VEGF. Methods: Based specific aptamers magnetic separation, time-resolved chemiluminescence enzyme-linked aptamer assay was developed detections serum samples. Results: Under optimal conditions, linear range calibration curve 0.5 80 ng mL − 1 , limit 0.1 . The 160 established applied were consistent with those commercial kits. Conclusion: has high sensitivity quickly obtain results, which could greatly improve measurement efficiency, reduce cost, also volume sample consumed. It seen that this study broad prospect diagnosis. Keywords: assay, detection, factor, time-resolved,
