ABSTRACT
The aim was to determine the function and molecular mechanism of long non-coding RNA colon cancer associated transcript-1(lncRNA CCAT1) in development colorectal (CRC).CCAT1 mRNA expression levels were determined CRC tissues cells using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Cell Counting Kit-8 colony formation assays used examine effects CCAT1 on proliferation cells. Luciferase reporter gene analysis confirm target microRNA-181b-5p (miR-181b-5p) Tumor xenografts subsequently investigate role growth vivo. The relative significantly higher cell lines compared with normal or knockdown inhibited vitro vivo. Bioinformatics luciferase showed that miR-181b-5p a direct CCAT1, negatively correlated tissues. Furthermore, positively regulated level tumor suppressor candidate 3 (TUSC3) by competing cells. These data suggested lncRNA promoted tumorigenesis via miR-181b-5p/TUSC3 axis.
