ABSTRACT
Background: Increasing evidence has revealed that the aberrant expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) plays vital roles in development and progression ovarian cancer. MiR-200a-3p was found to act as an oncogene a variety cancers, however, function miR-200a-3p cancer not been characterized. Materials methods: The tissues cell lines detected by RT-qPCR. influence on growth cells determined with Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, colony formation invasion assay. binding 3ʹ-untranslated region (UTR) PDCH9 luciferase reporter PCDH9 investigated RT-qPCR Western blot analysis. Results: up-regulated lines. Highly expressed significantly associated tumor size, metastasis TNM stage. Overexpression markedly promoted proliferation, cells. Functional study uncovered bound decreased negatively correlated PCDH9. Restored inhibited promoting effect proliferation Conclusion: Our results suggested potential oncogenic via modulating Keywords: miR-200a-3p, cancer,
