ABSTRACT
There is currently a lack of research on preoperative prognostic analysis early-stage cervical adenocarcinoma (ADC). The purpose our study was to clarify whether serum tumor-marker levels were value in ADC.We performed retrospective patients with International Federation Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IA1-IIA1 pathology-proven invasive ADC. We evaluated the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics, identified relative risk factors affecting disease-free survival (DFS) overall (OS). optimal cut-off point meaningful tumor markers determined by receiver operating characteristics (ROC), accuracy results area under curve (AUC).Elevated carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate 125 (CA125), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC-Ag), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), 153 (CA153) 199 (CA199) associated certain clinicopathologic features combination elevated CEA CA125 significantly FIGO stage, body mass index (BMI) LNM. Kaplan-Meier Cox regression analyses revealed that might have significant implications ADC patients, served as an independent predictor for prediction DFS OS 32.60 U/mL 2.85 ng/mL 2.05 ng/mL, respectively. AUC showed moderate OS.The patients. Combined independently predicted prognosis
