Only one patient died because heart disease. had a similar incidence complications (4.8%) recurrence after (3.3%) Conclusion: could be performed safely is method with favorable survival. It may ideal surgical procedure for solitary pulmonary nodules early stage lung cancer, especially those limited cardiopulmonary reserve comorbidities.
