Compliance is essential to achieve treatment goals in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. The current study evaluated compliance and related factors a large diverse population.Patients with RA who received active were invited participate an online survey. Arabic versions of the 5-Item Questionnaire for Rheumatology (ACQR-5) Impact Disease (RAID) used measure disability, respectively. patients sub-grouped based on background disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Variables associated high selected logistic regression analysis.A total 1241 completed survey included final analysis. Of those, 1055 (85%) females mean (±SD) age disease duration 47.14 ± 13.71 8.77 7.43 years, RAID was 4.4±2.58, 980 (79%) having unacceptable level state. Patients had lower rate (78.8% vs 85.8%, p = 0.001). Demographics female sex increased age, reported odds ratios 1.018 (95% CI: 1.007-1.028) 1.464 1.016-2.108), similar between Janus kinase inhibitors or biological DMARDs (88.14% 80.83%, 0.17), monotherapy, double therapy, triple therapy recipients (80% 82.23% 81.32%, 0.665), receiving injectable oral (77.32% 81.14%, 0.246).A observed this population, patient demographics influencing rather than medication type route administration. Interventional studies should focus high-risk identified study.
