ABSTRACT
The current study demonstrates the efficacy of Aspergillus niger (A. niger) in green synthesis iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs). A. filtrate was employed as a biogenic source for IONP production. Characterization synthesized IONPs using ultraviolet -Visible spectroscopy revealed characteristic absorption peak around 320 nm, confirming nanoparticle formation. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) analysis identified presence fungal biomolecules, such proteins and carbohydrates, on surface, suggesting their role capping stabilization. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed crystalline nature indicated predominant hematite (α-〖Fe〗_2 O_3) phase. Microscopic examination scanning electron microscope (SEM) uniform, quasi-spherical morphology with particle sizes ranging from 36 to 44 nm. These findings highlight potential sustainable produce stable biocompatible nanoparticles, suitable diverse biotechnological, medical biomedical applications
