ABSTRACT
Phenols are well-known noxious compounds, which often found in various water sources. In this research, a new method was used to determine the total phenol and measure biological activity, by using microfluidic paper-based (µPAD), smartphone Sensor. It is portable, low-cost, environmentally friendly. The paper prepared filter cutting method. The reagent dried on paper. The color sensor of device as intensity samples through images captured software downloaded phone. The focus measured from RGB value taken (iPhone 14) device, where each image represents specific focus. The calibration curve for range M (0.00016-0.5), correlation coefficient (R2) equal (0.9753), limit detection amount (0.000032) M, relative standard deviation (RSD%) concentration (0.02) examination repeated (10) times its (0 %), recovery (Recovery%) (100 %).
