ABSTRACT
Background: End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients on hemodialysis suffered from many central and peripheral neurological insults. Aim of the work:This study aimed to assess value using MRA, MRV, SWAN sequences in early visualization silent cerebrovascular complications those patients. Patients Methods: Our was conducted forty-five with well-documented ESRD regular for more than 5 years no manifestation, all undergone unenhanced MRI, DWI ADC measuring value, SWAN, MRV. Results: we found that 11% cases have acute infarction at basal ganglia region. 36.7% are diagnosed intracerebral hemorrhage, only 26.7% them seen by conventional 16.7% showed microbleeds normal MRI. The sensitivity specificity detect brain hemorrhage 100% 88.8% respectively. Conclusion: Visualization such as infarction, atherosclerosis, arterial venous occlusion ADC, is very useful management better prognosis even don’t give up symptoms high detection microbleeds.
