ABSTRACT
Background: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders are one of the most terrible conditions in obstetrics.The major complication associated with PAS is massive hemorrhage, which ultimately may lead to maternal death.Objectives: This study aimed detect optimum time and mode interventions remove morbidly adherent placenta after leaving it situ for conservative management.Patients Methods: was a cohort carried out at Obstetrics Gynecology Department, Minia Maternity Children University Hospital through period from March 2018 December 2020.The total number patients that left place 20 29 who were eligible study.Results: approach then interval placental delivery successful 16 cases (80%).Four needed hysterectomy.Placental removal spontaneous resorption case (5%), expulsion addition D & C 2 (10%) as well by mini-laparotomy 12 (60%).The mean between cesarean section nd set 48.2 ± 6.7 days. Conclusion:Conservative treatment followed seemed be an appropriate management choice selected desiring preservation uterus, but complications such sepsis secondary postpartum hemorrhage should carefully diagnosed appropriately managed.
